    Connections at the CAT

    Connections at the CAT offers a relaxed exhibition tour designed for people with memory loss and their care partners. This program is free but pre-registration is required.     Memory Care Group Tours

    Assisted living homes can schedule private tours for their memory care residents on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. To learn more or schedule a program, please contact Laura Steefel-Moore, Director of Learning and Community Engagement by clicking below.

  • Community Groups

    The CAT partners with a diverse array of non-profit organizations.

  • Visitors who are Neurodivergent

    Neurodivergent visitors can prepare for their visit by reviewing this social narrative about the CAT.

    The museum has a small sensory room with a beanbag chair, dimmable lights, fidgets, noise-canceling headphones, and sunglasses available for visitor use.

  • Visitors who are Blind or Low Vision

    Visitors who are blind or have low vision can request a visual description tour of the exhibition that will also incorporate sensory experiences. To learn more or schedule a tour, please contact Laura Steefel-Moore, Director of Learning and Community Engagement by clicking below.

    Large-print copies of the exhibition texts are available at the front desk.

  • Visitors who are Deaf

    We are happy to provide an ASL interpreter for any tour or event with two weeks’ advance notice. To request an ASL interpreter, please call (612) 359-8991 or email by clicking below.
