From Origins to Horizons: The American Studio Glass Movement

June 14, 2024 – December 21, 2024

From Origins to Horizons was an exploration of the American studio glass movement through the lens of the Cafesjian Art Trust collection. The exhibition surveyed the movement’s beginnings in the 1960s through today, presenting a wide variety of works and themes within its history. The exhibition showcased the movement that brought glass working in America out of the factory and into small studios where artists acted as both designer and maker for the first time. The exhibition features work by artists including Harvey K. Littleton, Debora Moore, Therman Statom, Amber Cowan, and much more.
