  • Artist Conversation: Kate Clements with Linnea Seidling

    Kansas City, Missouri-based artist Kate Clements will be in conversation with Linnea Seidling, the CAT’s Assistant Curator of Glass. Starting at 6:00pm, learn more about Clements and her work featured in the CAT’s exhibition, Meet Me in the Forest, and have the opportunity to see the exhibition afterward.

  • Concerts at the CAT: A Collaboration with the Minnesota Opera

    Join the CAT for an evening of visual art and music. Delight in live music in the galleries inspired by artworks featured in Meet Me in the Forest. In collaboration with the Minnesota Opera, enjoy a vocal performance and a private viewing of the exhibition.

    Are you looking for a fun, free opportunity to get out of the house and spend quality time with your baby? Come to Baby Time for a judgment-free, enriching, and supportive first introduction to an art museum. No reservation needed; just drop by if you can.

    Infants only, please. To ensure the safety of the art, and to allow us to keep our focus on the babies and their grown-ups, this program is not intended for babies who have started walking independently, toddlers, or older siblings. (But they are all welcome when the CAT is open for regular public hours!)

    This special program just for three- and four-year–olds includes an exhibition tour, a story, & an art project. Program lasts approximately 40 min.

    Spend MEA weekend at the CAT with extended drop-in hours on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Free, no reservations required.
